🚨 Why is Bitcoin continuing its sharp decline? If you still believe that Bitcoin ($BTC) trading follows a supply and demand dynamic, then you must read the following carefully. Because this supply and demand dynamic no longer exists. What you are seeing now is not normal market volatility. This is not caused by "weak hands." It is not caused by market sentiment. It is not a retail sell-off. Most people simply don't know what's happening. By the time the truth comes out, the damage has already been done. This crash didn't begin today. It has been brewing for months. And now, it is accelerating. The fact is: Once supply can be artificially created, scarcity disappears. And when scarcity disappears, price will no longer be determined by on-chain factors, but will begin to be dominated by derivatives. This is exactly what Bitcoin is experiencing. This structural shift has also occurred in the following areas: → Gold → Silver → Oil → Stocks The original theory of Bitcoin has become invalid. Bitcoin's valuation was built on two foundations: → A hard cap of 21 million coins → A ban on re-collateralization This framework collapsed when Wall Street added the following products to the blockchain: → Cash-settled futures → Perpetual contracts → Options → ETFs → Prime broker lending → Bitcoin packaging → Total return swaps Since then, Bitcoin's supply has theoretically become infinite. Not the on-chain supply. But in the price discovery mechanism, and that's what really matters: The Synthetic Circulating Ratio (SFR). This metric explains everything. Once the synthetic supply exceeds the real supply, the price no longer reacts to demand. Instead, it reacts to positions and hedging strategies, and liquidation flows. Wall Street can now short Bitcoin. They're not guessing the direction. What they're doing is the same thing they do in all derivatives-dominated markets: 1⃣ Creating an unlimited amount of paper Bitcoin 2⃣ Shorting during an uptrend 3⃣ Triggering liquidations 4⃣ Closing positions during a downtrend 5⃣ Repeating This isn't "speculation." This is inventory creation. They've effectively turned Bitcoin into a market where supply can be created on demand. They're practically printing their own Bitcoin out of thin air. A real Bitcoin can now simultaneously support: → One ETF share → One futures contract → One perpetual swap → One option delta → One brokerage loan → One structured note All of these can happen simultaneously. This means one Bitcoin can carry six different claims. This isn't a free market. This is a fractional-reserve pricing system disguised as Bitcoin. You can ignore this if you want, but don't pretend you weren't warned. I've been predicting Bitcoin's tops and bottoms for over a decade.

Sometimes, I really don't want my judgment to be proven correct. I don't want to be bearish on Bitcoin. But I need to remain objective. My long-term belief in Bitcoin remains unwavering. But we are (and have been) in a cyclical downtrend within a macro uptrend. That's a fact. It's important to be able to discern the nuances.
