About ETC
What Is Ethereum Classic (ETC)?
Ethereum Classic (ETC) is the original [Ethereum] (ETH) blockchain that launched in July 2015. Its main function is as a [smart contract] network, with the ability to host and support decentralized applications ([DApps]). Its native token is ETC. Since its launch, Ethereum Classic has sought to [differentiate itself from Ethereum], with the two networks’ technical roadmap diverging further and further from each other with time. Ethereum Classic first set out to preserve the integrity of the existing Ethereum blockchain after a major hacking event led to the theft of 3.6 million ETH.

Inflation is a regressive tax on the poorest members of society because they can only hold cash. Once people accumulate wealth, they can afford and acquire inflation-hedging assets (stocks, Bitcoin, real estate, etc.). Cryptocurrencies are so important because they enable everyone globally with an internet connection to access financial services and opportunities. This is the path to economic freedom.

Let's continue our detailed exploration of graph-based ZKVM, but first, we want to ask: why does the HAL-style prover architecture encounter bottlenecks? We've identified three fundamental flaws limiting performance, security, and future hardware support. 🧵 Flaw 1: Lack of Global Optimization HAL boots kernels one by one, hiding the complete computation process. This hinders: - Efficient host-to-device data transfer - Packaging kernels into the CUDA graph - True data-level multi-GPU parallelism Result: Heavy GPU-CPU synchronization and low utilization. Flaw 2: Poor Security and Auditability A robust ZK system requires explicit visibility into: - Fiat-Shamir logging interactions - Obligation proofs and IOP reductions The computation graph can hold this information. HAL hides it in a black-box `prove()` function. Flaw 3: Limitations on Future Hardware Co-design Emerging accelerators may natively support partial proof mechanisms (e.g., Fiat-Shamir proofs, trajectory generation, etc.). Graphs can be compiled to new hardware, but opaque `prov()` functions cannot. HAL was once a practical bridge between CPUs and GPUs. However, in the long run, ZK provers and zkVM must natively support graphs to achieve global optimization, strong auditability, and true hardware-software co-design. ⚡️

Yuval Noah Harari actually predicted Citrini 7's views in *Homo Deus: A Brief History of Tomorrow*, and one could even say that Citrini's article is an extreme financial interpretation of Harari's warnings about the future of AI! Key Points: • AI is not a failure, but an extreme success: its capabilities will explode, surpassing humans and replacing almost all cognitive/knowledge-based jobs (white-collar, finance, law, programming, etc.). • This directly destroys the value of human labor → collapse of mass income/purchasing power → stalling of the consumption engine → a death spiral on the demand side. • The economy will experience "ghost GDP": AI computing power/corporate profits will skyrocket, but without human circulation, resulting in a false prosperity + real collapse. • The final result: Humans may become a "useless class" (Harari's original words), and the social/financial system based on the closed loop of "continuous human labor + consumption" will completely break down, triggering a systemic crisis (soaring unemployment, credit collapse, stock market crash). Citrini uses a 2028 retrospective narrative (S&P 500 down 38%, unemployment 10.2%, private credit collapse) to concretize Harari's abstract warning into a chain of macroeconomic financial disasters—both essentially: unlimited intelligence equals the collapse of the human economic foundation. The difference lies only in the emphasis: Harari's approach is broader (identity crisis, power shift, AI "lying"/taking over language), while Citrini's is more ruthless (demand destruction → debt collapse → black swan financial crisis). In short: both are shouting the same thing—don't just focus on the AI bull market; AI's excessive success could be humanity's biggest black swan event! The useless class has truly arrived…

Brothers, I'm heartbroken. These past two days, my heart has felt like it's been weighed down by a huge rock. The heartache started yesterday. Partly it's the market, which goes without saying. And partly it's my wife. She said the other day she was going to a class reunion. The amazing thing is, not a high school reunion, not a college reunion, but... well, an elementary school reunion! Why not a college reunion? Why not a high school reunion? Because my wife only graduated from junior high! Then I asked her how many people were going. She said 10 guys and 2 girls (including her, the two girls). Sigh. I think about all these years, she's been staying home with the kids, doing housework, basically isolated from the world. She has no entertainment at all. My wife was born in 1990, four years younger than me, but since our third child was born, her hair has turned completely white, she doesn't sleep well, and she looks so much older. It breaks my heart. I'm a typical straight man; those "I love you" kinds of words, even when I'm just trying to comfort her... I care about these things, but I can't bring myself to say it. She often complains that I don't care about her, etc. But our relationship has always been very stable and good. I'm a typical Eastern chauvinist, right? But honestly, I've known her since she was 16. All along, I've definitely loved her and this family. I don't have many friends outside of school; Chaozi is my closest friend, and I have two others I don't interact with much—you can count them on one hand. I truly put my family first. Although I didn't want her to go, I thought, let's just consider it a relaxing experience for her. Many of her elementary school classmates are from her village, but I don't know any of them. Then yesterday she went, saying she'd eat around 5 pm. My mother-in-law came to take care of the child, and I stayed at the company alone until after 8 pm before calling her. She was still eating. Later, around 8 pm I went home... and then... I didn't call her again. Mainly, I thought this was a chance for her to relax after all these years, so I didn't want to bother her. Then I didn't call her again. Later, my mother-in-law called her twice, but we were still eating. Then my youngest child fell asleep, and my mother-in-law left. It was already 11 pm. Just a few minutes after my mother-in-law left, my youngest child suddenly woke up. But she was quite obedient and didn't cry. I held her for a while and she fell asleep again. Around 11 pm, holding my youngest child, I started to feel sad. Then I didn't call her again, thinking I'd call her at midnight. I only called her once around 8 pm, said a few words, and didn't show any displeasure. Because these things aren't about commands or nagging; it's all about self-discipline. She didn't come back until about 11:30 pm. I don't know if my mother-in-law went to find her or if she came back on her own. She came back. I didn't ask. When she came back, she reeked of alcohol. Seeing me laughing, she said she was drunk and then tried to kiss me and do something. I didn't show any anger. Actually, I wasn't so much angry, just really sad and upset. I told her to go to sleep. Later, she came to my room again (we've always lived separately, for over 10 years now. After having children, we moved to separate rooms, and I'm used to it). She asked why I wasn't asleep. I told her to go to sleep. She was probably drunk and sleepy too, so she went back to her room to sleep. This morning, I usually get up around 10:30 or 11:00. This morning, I got up at 9:30, washed my face and hair, and came to the company. I didn't talk to her. And I've been feeling this upset all day. We haven't contacted each other since. She hasn't contacted me, and I haven't contacted her. What makes me upset is that, firstly, I don't object to class reunions, but what's the point of having elementary school classmates? I really didn't want her to go. But then again, she only graduated from junior high school. She doesn't have any college classmates. Her elementary school classmates are probably from the same village, so I can barely understand that. And although I was unhappy from beginning to end, I didn't object. There were 10 men and 2 women—that sounds ridiculous. The most important point, and actually the one that hurts me the most, is that if she came back at 10:30, I wouldn't be sad or upset. She didn't come back until 11:30, and my mother-in-law had to call her twice. Then, at 11:00, my mother-in-law left. I don't know if she came back because my mother-in-law went to look for her. This time really hurts me. Even after years of taking care of the children, she needs a break now and then. Coming back at 11:30 is just too much. Of course, I didn't call her in between, but I definitely... I tend to overthink. In today's world and society, it's incredibly difficult for two people to remain committed and grow old together. My wife is a devoted wife and mother, staying home to care for the children. If she were working, with so many men in society—superiors, colleagues, company gatherings, and all sorts of other things—I'd be even more worried. This situation is particularly distressing for me. While I haven't always been consistent, both before and after marriage, and I've had my share of misbehavior—I've said it before—I used to be extremely promiscuous. But to be fair, despite this, I'm a very responsible man, and I'm basically a reformed prodigal son. I haven't been with another woman for over a year now. That's all I wanted to say. (This may sound unbelievable, but it's the truth, I have to say it.)To be honest, Back to my wife, she went to this class reunion and didn't get back until 11:30 PM. It really bothered me. While it's not exactly betrayal or anything like that, the fact is, I genuinely didn't know what happened in between, and I couldn't help but overthink. That's what's making me upset. Even though I trust her, those thoughts still make me uncomfortable. I feel like she doesn't really value or care about this family, the children, or me that much. If she valued this family and my feelings, she would have refrained from attending the reunion. Even if she did go, I told her the latest she'd be back was 10:30 PM, and I wouldn't have felt upset or objected, since I didn't object to her. I was thinking of her... I ate dinner around 5 PM. She should be back around 8:30 or 9:30 PM. But she didn't get back until 11:30 PM. I'm really upset. Before, no matter how much debt or online loans I took out, no matter how much money I lost, I never felt this bad. I always thought my family was at least happy. But today, I'm really upset. Okay, I'll stop rambling here. People say you shouldn't wash your dirty linen in public. But this X is pretty good. I never care about these things. I just treat it as a place to vent. I hope you guys don't laugh at me. I'm just saying these things to make you laugh. I think it makes me feel a little better. Being a man is really tough. Being a 40-year-old man is even tougher. Being a 40-year-old man trading cryptocurrency is even tougher. Being a 40-year-old man trading cryptocurrency when it's constantly falling and there's no hope is even tougher.

My father-in-law, Carl, retired last September after 38 years in the construction industry. One of his most important retirement plans was to restore his first car. It's a 1969 Ford Mustang with a Boss 302 engine. We desperately want to find his original engine block! Vehicle Identification Number: 9F92G193433 Block Number: 193433 This car carries priceless family history and was a dream on his bucket list. Can you help us? 🙏 Please leave a comment, send a private message, share, like, etc.! Thank you to everyone who shared and liked! We just want to help this dad who gave everything for his children realize a dream. This is a photo of me, Kelly, Carl, and me fishing in Minnesota a few years ago.

I bought a new Mac mini over the weekend and want to really explore Claw. The Apple store clerk told me it's selling incredibly well, leaving everyone confused :) To be honest, I'm a little hesitant to use OpenClaw—the thought of entrusting my private key to a "monster" with 400,000 lines of code that's frequently subjected to large-scale attacks makes me uneasy. I've already seen numerous reports about exposed instances, remote code execution vulnerabilities, supply chain poisoning, and malicious or tampered registry entries; it feels like being in the Wild West, the security situation is a nightmare. However, I really like the concept. I think just as LLM proxies are a new layer of architecture on top of LLM, Claw is now also a new layer of architecture on top of LLM proxies, elevating orchestration, scheduling, context, tool calls, and a certain degree of persistence to a new level. Looking around, since the core concept of Claw is already clear, many smaller versions of Claw have emerged on the market. For example, I quickly browsed NanoClaw, and it looked incredibly interesting. Its core engine is only about 4,000 lines of code (which suits me perfectly, is suitable for AI agents, and feels manageable, auditable, flexible, etc.), and all the code runs in a container by default. I also really like their configuration method—not through configuration files, but through skills! For example, `/add-telegram` instructs your AI agent how to modify the actual code to integrate Telegram. I had never seen this approach before, and when I saw it earlier today, I was blown away because it's a completely new, AI-based method that avoids configuration clutter and cumbersome if-then-else statements. In short, the core idea of this new approach is to write a highly forkable codebase and then fork it through skills to create any more advanced configuration you need. Very cool. Of course, there are many other similar tools—such as nanobot, zeroclaw, ironclaw, and picoclaw (haha, those prefixes are really interesting). There are also cloud-hosted alternatives, but frankly, I don't like those as much because they feel difficult to tweak. In particular, the local setup makes it easy to connect to smart home devices on the local network. And, I don't know why, it feels like a physical device is being "possessed" by a tiny digital sprite—it's really aesthetically pleasing. I'm not entirely sure what the final setup will look like yet, but Claws is fantastic.
